The delivery date I want is not available, why?

Available delivery dates are based on florists' ability to design and deliver your product on the date requested. We offer same-day delivery on most products. Same-day delivery orders can be taken until 3PM in your recipient’s time zone Monday to Friday and 12PM Saturday and Sunday.

Can I place an order for a delivery date beyond what the calendar is showing?

In most cases, we are able to take orders up to 6 weeks in advance of your desired date. Available dates in the calendar are related to bouquet ingredient availability as we want to guarantee a high level of service.

The bouquet you selected can be upgraded by one of our designers. Choose deluxe or premium if you would like to enhance your selection with more fresh flowers.

Can you deliver my order on Sunday?

If there's a florist in your area open on Sunday, we are happy to accept your order for Sunday delivery. Be sure to place your order by noon in the recipient's time zone.

I keep getting a message that says “Product is unavailable for this ZIP Code.” How can I tell what IS available in the ZIP Code I am sending to?

Why do you have to make substitutions, and what kinds of substitutions will be made?

Substitutions are sometimes necessary to guarantee the florist uses the freshest flowers on hand. Additionally, it can be necessary to guarantee on-time delivery. The florist will design an arrangement that is very similar to the product you selected. This is the best way to guarantee the timely delivery of a beautiful arrangement.

Can I order a special vase or gift container that is no longer on your website?

We're sorry. If you no longer see a particular vase or gift container on our site, it is likely sold out due to its popularity. We're confident we have another product on hand that will delight your recipient.
